Thirumullappally Mahadeva Temple is the main temple in Karalmanna village of Cherpulassery municipality, Palakkad district Kerala State India
കേരളത്തിലെ പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ ചെർപ്പുളശ്ശേരി മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയിലെ കാറൽമണ്ണ ഗ്രാമത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് തിരുമുല്ലപ്പള്ളി മഹാദേവ ക്ഷേത്രം.
The Temple is governed as per a scheme, issued, as an order, by the then Hon’ble Madras High Court vide, (Appeal)No.374.(1930).
ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട മദ്രാസ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ 1930 ലെ (അപ്പീൽ no . 374) ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരംമുള്ള സ്‌കീം അനുസരിച്ചാണ് ക്ഷേത്രഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത് .
The Administration is done by a Trustee Board of three members, elected out of senior members of 10 hereditary namboothiri families named as:
10 പാരമ്പര്യ നമ്പൂതിരി കുടുംബങ്ങളിലെ മുതിർന്ന അംഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട മൂന്ന് അംഗങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു ട്രസ്റ്റി ബോർഡാണ് ഭരണം നടത്തുന്നത്:

2. Kezhe Narippatta Mana താഴെ നരിപ്പറ്റ മന
3. Thekkumparambthu Mana തെക്കുംപറമ്പ് മന

The Malabar Devaswom Board appoints the Manager (Executive Officer) who is in charge of the day-to-day administration, under supervision and direction of the Trustee Board.
ട്രസ്റ്റി ബോർഡിന്റെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലും നിർദ്ദേശത്തിലും ദൈനംദിന ഭരണത്തിന്റെ ചുമതലയുള്ള മാനേജരെ (എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ) മലബാർ ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് നിയമിക്കുന്നു.

Kshethra thanthram is vested upon two namboodiri families, they are :
Melmundayoor and Perumpadappu vydikan.
ക്ഷേത്ര തന്ത്രം രണ്ട് നമ്പൂതിരി കുടുംബങ്ങളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്, അവ:
മേൽമുണ്ടയൂർ, പെരുമ്പടപ്പ് വൈദ്യൻ.
Centuries ago, the temple was set on fire by Tipu Sultan soldiers. The timely intervention of a nearby family member saved the entire temple from burning down! Those families were given paddy like annual pension as a sign of gratitude. Later it was discontinued due to some reason.
നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് അമ്പലം ടിപ്പുസുൽത്താന്റെ പടയാളികൾഅഗ്നിക്കിരയാക്കുക ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. അന്ന് അടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു വീട്ടുകാരുടെ സമയോചിതമായ ഇടപെടൽ ക്ഷേത്രത്തെ മുഴുവൻ കത്തി നശിക്കാതെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി! ആ കുടുംബക്കാർക്ക് അതിൻറെ നന്ദി സൂചകമായി വാർഷിക പെൻഷൻ മാതിരി നെല്ല് കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് അത് എന്തോ കാരണം കൊണ്ട് നിർത്തലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
