Vethalan Kavu Mahadeva Temple is located at Krishnapuram near Kayamkulam in Alappuzha District, Kerala. It is one of the rarest temples in the world where Lord Siva is worshiped as Vethala.

The temple is only 3 km distance from renowned Oachira Parabrahma temple. During the festival of Mahashivratri, a festival dedicated to Lord Shiva or Mahadeva, pilgrims gather here to have Darshan and blessings of God.
പ്രശസ്തമായ ഓച്ചിറ പരബ്രഹ്മ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ നിന്ന് 3 കിലോമീറ്റർ മാത്രം അകലെയാണ് ക്ഷേത്രം. മഹാശിവരാത്രി ഉത്സവ വേളയിൽ, തീർത്ഥാടകർ ഇവിടെ ദർശനത്തിനും ദൈവാനുഗ്രഹത്തിനും വേണ്ടി ഒത്തുകൂടുന്നു.
