മീനമാസത്തിൽ രോഹിണി കൊടികയറിയും തുലാമാസത്തിൽ തിരുവോണം ആറാട്ടായും പത്തുദിവസം വീതം നീണ്ടുനിൽക്കുന്ന രണ്ട് ഉത്സവങ്ങളാണ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ആണ്ടുവിശേഷങ്ങൾ. കൂടാതെ, അഷ്ടമിരോഹിണി, വിഷു, വൈകുണ്ഠ ഏകാദശി, മകരസംക്രാന്തി, കർക്കടകസംക്രാന്തി തുടങ്ങിയവയും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ദിവസങ്ങളാണ്.
