Pazhoor Perumthrikkovil is a temple of Shiva of Hindu tradition located in the town of Piravom, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. It is Sandhara type temple with cardinal doors on Four sides. Structural temple built around 12th century
Considering the structural and mural importance, the temple was declared as protected monument by Kerala State Archaeology Department in 1994.

കേരളത്തിലെ എറണാകുളത്തെ പിറവം പട്ടണത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഹൈന്ദവ പാരമ്പര്യമുള്ള ഒരു ശിവക്ഷേത്രമാണ് പാഴൂർ പെരുംതൃക്കോവിൽ. നാലു വശത്തും കർദ്ദിനാൾ വാതിലുകളുള്ള സംധാര മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ക്ഷേത്രമാണിത്.
ഏകദേശം പന്ത്രണ്ടാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ച ഘടനാപരമായ ക്ഷേത്രം ഘടനാപരവും ചുമർചിത്രവുമായ പ്രാധാന്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത്, 1994-ൽ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന പുരാവസ്തു വകുപ്പ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തെ സംരക്ഷിത സ്മാരകമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
